On the Monday before we came home, we decided to go to a Celtics game. Ernie really wanted to take Aiden. Aiden can now say that he went to 4 of the main professional sporting events before he turned 1 (MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA). Aiden got to sport his cute new Celtics jersey-thanks again to Christine, Ernie's cousin.
The Celtics were playing the Clippers. And, this was a first for all 3 of us. Ernie had never attended a Celtics game in Boston. He has only been to away games. So, we were all very excited.

Here is the team right before the game started. I was not the best camera man, so I missed the tip off which is the part Ernie really wanted a picture of.

Here is Kevin Garnett. It was his first home game back from being hurt....but, he got hurt in the game. Everyone was so excited for him to be back. I have to say watching him play made him one of my most favorite players. Before the game, he was cutting up with the refs. During the game, he fouled someone and instead of fighting about it like Doc Rivers did, he went up to the guy he fouled, slapped him on the behind and said sorry. I really thought that was classy.
Here is some of the action. It was a pretty close game for part of it, but eventually the Celtics were up by so much, we left with 6 minutes left in the game.
Here is the little one at the end of the game. He was all tuckered out from all of the stimulation. Aiden really had fun at the game and would cheer and call fouls with the refs. He makes a high pitch noise and puts his hand up like the refs do. It is really funny and cute! He also made friends with all of the people around us. Aiden is such a fun kid to take out. We are so lucky that he loves public and loves to hang out.

TG is so jealous. What player is Aiden's jersey? Is it Paul Pierce? Paul Pierce is one of TG's favorite players. It looks like you guys had so much fun at the game and in Boston.
His jersey is Paul Pierce. You and TG will have to go to Boston with us next time.....we can all go to the game! (if Paul Pierce still plays for them)
